COURSE DESCRIPTION - This course is designed as a self-assessment opportunity for individuals preparing to step into a leadership role. Subject areas include leadership values and principles, transition challenges for new leaders, situational leadership, team building and ethical decision-making.

COURSE OBJECTIVES - Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
